CLEANSKIN PROMOTION! Central Otago Pinot Noir, bottled as cleanskins as they were surplus to commercial requirements.
The fruit came from a well tended, small vineyard, was disease free, had great flavours and was harvested at 24 Brix. The wine was made under contract by Quartz Reef winery in Cromwell and the final alcohol was 13.5%. Bottled in traditional burgundy bottles with black screw cap.
